Inspired by the hidden beauty found within fractured stone, The Opal Seam explores the meeting point between geological force and mineral discovery. Layers of texture, erosion and translucent colour reveal a luminous opal-like seam emerging from weathered rock, suggesting the moment a concealed treasure is exposed by time and pressure.
Rich mineral blues flow through a landscape of limestone, sediment and fractured strata, creating a balance between strength and delicacy.
